Intellectual Property

Florence Lam joined Wilkinson & Grist as trainee solicitor in 2002 and has become a partner since 2009.  Florence specializes in cross border contentious IP work involving trade marks, copyright, designs and other IP rights, and also focuses on commercial IP agreements such as manufacturing agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements and franchise agreements; due diligence and acquisition of IP rights.
