Keith Ho joined Wilkinson & Grist as a trainee solicitor in 1982. Keith specializes in commercial, insolvency, banking and probate litigation, and has extensive experience in handling complicated disputes involving multi-jurisdictional claims and assets of magnitude. Keith has represented clients in high profile litigation cases.

1. Representing Chinachem Charitable Foundation Limited in the successful probate action against Mr Chan Chun Chuen. Also representing the client in the interpretation of the will of the late Mrs. Nina Wang.

2. Representing Mr. Timothy FOK Tsun Ting in a dispute with his siblings with regard to the Estate of Mr. Henry FOK Ying Tung.

3. Representing liquidators (principally from FTI Consulting, EY and KPMG Hong Kong) and creditors in disputes concerning insolvent estates.

4. Representing leading financial institutions in Hong Kong and overseas in seeking recovery of debts due from their customers and/or enforcement of securities. Such financial institutions include The Bank of East Asia, Limited, Citibank, N.A., DBS Bank and State Bank of India.

5. Advising clients in pursuing Judicial Review proceeding with regard to decisions taken by Government Departments including but not limited to the Board of Review of the Inland Revenue Department. Representing Government Departments, statutory bodies and the Legislative Council Secretariat to resist Judicial Review applications.

In 2020, Keith was identified as one of the Asia’s leading lawyers by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers in the area of Dispute Resolution.

Keith has been featured in The Asia Pacific Legal 500 and The Chambers Asia since 2010. He is identified as a Leading Individual by Chambers Asia in the area of Dispute Resolution. He has also been identified as one of the Asia’s leading lawyers by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers since 2004 in the area of Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Restructuring. In 2018, he was identified as one of the Asia’s market-leading lawyers by AsiaLaw Leading Lawyers in the area of Dispute Resolution.

Keith is presently the Chairman of the Insolvency Law Committee of the Law Society.

He is appointed by the World Bank as a Hong Kong Contributor to the preparation of the World Bank Doing Business Report on the section on Bankruptcy/Insolvency Law.

He is identified in the 2016 Issue of “Expert Guides” published by Legal Media Group as one of the experts in Hong Kong in the area of Litigation and Product Liability.

Keith was senior partner of Wilkinson & Grist from 2016 to 2021.
