Company and Commercial

Crystal Chan joined the Company and Commercial Practice Group of Wilkinson & Grist as an associate in 2023. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in November 2021 and in England and Wales in June 2023. Her practice focuses on a variety of corporate, commercial and banking matters, including regulatory compliance issues for listed companies, commercial contracts and loan transactions.
