Ms. Helen Li joined Wilkinson & Grist (Beijing) Intellectual Property Agency Limited in 2015.

Since 2009 Helen has been representing clients in administrative raids, court proceedings, customs actions and ADR under trademark law, copyright law, patent law, unfair competition and other IP relation laws.

The cases Helen has handled include the following:

1. Representing a world-renowned manufacturer and retailer of home products in litigation and administrative proceedings

2. Representing different world-leading spirits producers in assisting the Procuratorate of China in criminal proceedings in different parts of China against counterfeiters

3. Representing a Japanese leading sports goods company in administrative raids and court proceedings
