Pearl Fung joined Wilkinson & Grist as a trainee solicitor in 2014. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in October 2016 and joined our Company and Commercial Practice Group as an associate. Her practice focuses on banking, commercial and corporate matters, including loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance matters and commercial contracts.
