Intellectual Property

Kenny Cheung joined Wilkinson & Grist as a trainee solicitor in 2017. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2019, and joined our Intellectual Property Practice Group as an associate. Kenny has experience in handling non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters, including trade mark prosecutions, trade mark proceedings as well as enforcement actions in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
