Jason Lai joined Wilkinson & Grist in 2023. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in November 2023 and joined our Corporate and Commercial Practice Group as an associate. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and banking matters, including merger and acquisition, commercial contracts and loan transactions.
