Dispute Resolution

Sharon Mok joined our Dispute Resolution Group as an associate in 2024 with a focus on commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, banking and debt recovery, insolvency, shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, and land and tenancy matters.

Besides, Sharon advises on a wide range of family matters, including divorce and separation, children and financial applications, domestic violence relief, injunction, third-party interests, guardianship, committal applications, jurisdiction disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreement and declaration of parental status. Her practice also covers private wealth and estate planning matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and applications under the Mental Health Ordinance.
