Intellectual Property

Andrea joined Wilkinson & Grist as a trainee solicitor in 1987 and became a partner from 1995 - 2023. She specializes in the area of Intellectual Property.

Andrea’s practice covers all aspects of IP work with special focus in IP portfolio management and strategy, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the region. She also has extensive experience in advising on complex IP litigation as well as commercial IP transactions.

Andrea represents many world’s leading companies in different sectors including automobile, electronics, fashion, cosmetics, health care, luxury goods, hotels and restaurants, entertainment, food, toys, pharmaceutical, financial services, telecommunication and technology industries.

Andrea was senior partner of Wilkinson & Grist from 2021 to 2023.
