Intellectual Property

Lily Cheung joined Wilkinson & Grist upon qualification in 1998 and has become a partner since 2007.  Lily specializes in non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters in particular trademark clearance searches, registration and prosecution and opposition, revocation and invalidation in Hong Kong. 

Lily has been representing various corporate clients, multi-national companies, brand names, pharmaceutical companies, electronic companies and cosmetic companies with respect to non-contentious and contentious intellectual property matters for over 17 years.
